Bess services has done two projects in my home. I am so happy to have found a contractor that handles their business in such a professional manner. Both projects were done on time and perfect. I am having Bess remodel my kitchen, and look forward to working with them again

We became aware of Bess Services through the many fine recommendations of other Sun City residents. Our 12+ years old home needed to have the rear patio column replaced. We also were interested in updating the look of our backyard patio. After consultation with Doug, we met with Tracy who showed to us what the possibilities were with her computer program. The column was replaced, a seat wall was installed along with the new column and the patio received concrete stamping. We are very happy with the results of this renovation. If you want a job done right, Doug Bess is your man. Doug converted a small portion of our patio to a screened-in-porch for us a few years ago. We decided that we used the screened-in-porch a lot, but we never used the open-air patio. With some expert design by Tracy Bess and excellent work by Doug and his team, we doubled the size of our screened-in-porch. We made two wise decisions: Enlarge the porch and have Doug do the work. Bess Services recently completed a home renovation project involving the expansion of our great room by including existing patio space and also added a wonderful pergola. The expansion project involved engineering support which required that the installation of a 35 foot I-beam to support the opening between the kitchen and great room. The entire project was handled professionally and completed prior to our requested completion date. Doug and his crew were easy to work with. The workmen always came on time, cleaned up daily, and stayed on task. Doug came by frequently to assess progress and was responsive to our inquires along the way. My wife and I have used Bess Services for several remodeling jobs. They were great to work with and what I can say is if you have an issue while the remodeling is occurring, Doug will make it right! We now have completed remodeling literally are entire house-inside and out and the most common thing we hear when other people come into our house, is "wow". They can’t believe when they come into a standard Sun City house, what's on the inside. We would definitely do business again with Doug if we can ever figure out what else we can remodel.
